Oatmeal (with fruit/agave/cinnamon/nutbutter/whatever you like)
Smoothies (you can variate so much with this)
Oatmeal pancakes (I put some oatmeal in the blender until it’s “flour”, add almondmilk and a banana or agave, and then just make pancakes)
Organic bread with (homemade) hummus or a nutbutter, and top with fruit or veggies.
Soup (you can make just tomatosoup or something, or a really healthy soup with for example; broccoli, zucchini, celery, kale)
Soup (same as lunch) with homemade veggie burgers (from chickpeas and oatmeal and veggies you want).
A salad (add tofu and/or nuts/fruit to make it more filling)
